IMPORTANT UPDATE APRIL 2016: The videos in this program need Quicktime for Windows in order to function. Apple have announced that they will cease supporting Quicktime for Windows. The ultrasound programs still work normally but there is a risk of security flaws in unsupported software.
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM: This is the second program in this two program series which takes the user interactively through the common applications of functional cardiac ultrasound in sick newborn babies and also covers the pattern recognition of common congenital heart problems.
This version has been updated (March 2016) and includes replacement of most of the older analogue video clips with new digital clips, an expanded section on myocardial function, many new examples of congenital heart disease, as well as generally updating the program throughout.
If you're using Internet Explorer, you'll need version 9 or higher to download through this web-site. This program is 425MB so will take about the same time to download as a standard definition movie.
Note that this program will only run in Windows. It will not run on a Mac OS unless there is a parallel Windows OS installed.
All profits will be used to further research and teaching in neonatal haemodynamics.
